Peoria Welcomes Transformation Farrell’s Style

Students at Farrell's new Peoria location take starting measurements to help them chart their transformation.

The first group of students began their 10-Week transformation on Saturday, January 11that Farrell’s newest location in Peoria, IL. Franchise owner, Pam Gaylord, is excited to launch her own location after managing The Boyson Road location in Cedar Rapids, IA for past two years.

Peoria franchise owner, Pam Gaylord, is ready to share the Farrell's experience with Illinois.

“Working for Farrell’s provided me the opportunity to combine my business background with an exercise program that I have grown very passionate about.  It’s hard to explain how the success of the students that participate in this program have a direct impact on my own self-esteem and self-worth.  I enjoy the program and the patrons immensely and helping ordinary people discover that they are capable of extraordinary things is a very fulfilling experience.”

Pam was ready for change in her own life with the new experience of being an empty-nester.  Her daughter is a sophomore at the University of Iowa and her son is a freshman at Iowa State University.  She wanted to stay in the Midwest, and is excited to be bringing FXB (Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping) to Illinois.

“I love a challenge and Illinois doesn’t know yet how Farrell’s can change their lives.  I want to be part of giving that experience to people.”

Pat and Tamara Thomas, partners in the Peoria facility and owners of the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City locations, along with Todd Dorr from Farrell’s headquarters and a team of visiting instructors and friends were there to help Pam and her husband Jim launch their first group.

Pam has been pleasantly surprised by the Peoria Community’s response.   Several people had heard about Farrell’s from friends in other cities and were excited to see a Farrell’s open in Peoria.  They’re bringing in a few more friends too.  Pam is planning to have a few make-up orientations this week to include students who weren’t able to attend on Saturday.  There are a few openings available for this session, call 309-689-8499 for more information.
