Blaine, Minnesota Welcomes the First Twin Cities Farrell’s Location!

Owners Damion Meyer and Walter Jensen are ready to welcome new students.

Farrell’s first Twin Cities location in Blaine, MN will kick-off the first 10-Week challenge in three short days!   They’re open to enroll students now and are making final preparations to ensure their first teams have a great 10-Week experience.

Brenda Ries, one of their first students, was thrilled to learn that the location would be in Blaine.  “My sister has gone to Farrell’s in Des Moines for a year and a half.  She told me there was one coming to Minnesota and I was lucky enough to have it be a mile from my house!!”  Brenda has always been active and currently runs several days a week, but wanted to challenge herself.  “I want to push myself to the limit and see what I can do. I want to see what my body can do and become!!  I want to win the $1000 too!”

The matted flooring is in place and heavy bags and resistance bands are ready for the first class!

Owners, Damion Meyer and Walter Jensen have been working hard to get the location ready for new students.  Every Farrell’s owner has started their journey as a student and Damion is no exception. “Farrell’s has proven to be much more than an exercise program for me, it has become my personal and professional goal to share this program with others.  I, like many others, have genetic challenges in my family history.   Heart disease and diabetes have shortened the lives of several of my family members, and I want to use the experience with Farrell’s to make sure this doesn’t happen to other members of my family.”

Farrell’s isn’t just for people who are already fit.  The program is designed to help anyone take their fitness to the next level, whether they’re a tri-athlete or haven’t exercised since high school gym class.

Damion adds, “ The leadership and guidance at Farrell’s helps to educate its instructors, coaches and participants to take control of their life. The building blocks we set today are the foundations for our future health.”

    Hi Damian,
I’m not sure if you remember me–maybe you remember my sister Jackie…from Grantsburg. I have just been given a gift from my boss—a challenge for our office of 10 girls…a trip to Hawaii…the catch is..we have to lose 300lbs…in a year..and she will take us to Hawaii. My boss is paying for 1/2 of the price of a nutritionist…(Transistions Lifestyle- a low glycemic diet)….anyway…long story short…obviously…I need/want to make this Hawaii trip happen! I’m curious about the costs etc…of joining up with your group….email me! Thanks for your time..
    Sincerely,
    Julie Kratchmer
