Omaha Fitness Program Inspires Results in all Areas of Life
Brandon, from our SW Omaha location, shares his fitness transformation story:
Nine months ago, I took on the Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping 10 Week Challenge. For months, my brother talked about FXB and encouraged me to join. Clearly Farrell’s was working for him as I could see it. Today, I can’t tell you how happy I am that he encouraged me and that I decided to take the challenge. I know it sounds cliché to say, but FXB truly transforms mind, body and soul. What I have found is that when you work on improving your physical self, it will lead to transformations in other areas like financial and spiritual wellness. At Farrell’s, they encourage and help you to reach what they call your ‘level 10′or the most intensity that you can bring to each workout. Now, giving my level 10 is not just during FXB workouts, it has transcended into other areas of my life.

Brandon has gone from size 36 jeans to size 31, from 17.9% body fat to 6%, from 169lbs to 154lbs and he'll tell you that Level 10 intensity has impacted all areas of his life today.
When I was a member of a local gym, I struggled to workout 3 or more times a week. I simply had little motivation to make it to the gym except that I was paying over $65 a month to work out 8-12 times a month … in a good month! In the last 14 weeks that I have been with FXB, I’ve missed 2 days for work and 2 days for vacation. If you were to tell me 15 weeks ago that I’d only miss four classes of the 84 classes possible, I would have told you there’s no way. Today, I’m telling you there’s no way I’ll miss a class if I can help it. For me, the monotonous workouts that I became accustomed to at the gym did not inspire me to go more often. In fact, it was just the opposite. That’s why I think I’ve found success at FXB. The workouts are different each day and I get a full body workout with kickboxing and resistance band training for my upper and lower body. A key component for me was the coupling of the workouts and nutrition. I’ve always struggled with knowing what I should be eating. Through FXB, I have learned what to eat so that my body will continue to build muscle and burn calories throughout the day. If it was a complicated nutritional plan, I would have skipped it. Actually, I fully expected that I wouldn’t adopt their nutritional guide when I started FXB but after trying their guide the first week, I saw how easy it was to stick to their nutritional plan. They gave me a protein and carb target that was specified to my weight and body fat and provided me with easy everyday foods that I could eat to hit my target. FXB works for many reasons but one that can’t be overlooked is the comradery that I feel with my fellow FXBers. It’s funny how when I let up and don’t feel as though I’m giving my level 10 best, I look around the room at others who are and it inspires me to kick it up.
What has FXB meant to me? In fourteen weeks, I’ve gone from weighing 169 pounds to 157. I went from 17.3% body fat to 9.9% and am now at 6%. Instead of wearing pants with a waist size of 36, I am now comfortably wearing size 31. I have gained renewed confidence in what I can do and what I can accomplish. FXB provides workouts six days a week but it’s up to you whether you give it your level 10 or not. By dedicating just 45 minutes a day, six days a week, you can transform your life with FXB too.
