I had the priviledge of spending some time with the Dostals in Fort Collins a few weeks ago.  I was, once again, very impressed with the energy and excitement at a Farrell’s location.  Coloradoans and Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping seem to be a great fit.  

When I entered the facility I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and as I looked to my left I could not miss the state-of-the-art pro-shop (fan-shop) that Becky has assembled.   Becky’s educational background includes retail merchandising, and it shows.  Target has nothing on Becky! 

I was also impressed listening to Doug interact with students after class.  I overheard him inquiring about a student’s family member,  and was moved by the incredibly high level of love and caring that Doug has for his students and their families.  This is a strong theme in all of our locations, but especially for Doug and Becky.  Their students have become a part of their extended family!

I was able to visit with a few students, and hearing their stories made that long drive home across Nebraska seem a whole lot shorter.  One student,  Sarah Mannschreck, a $1000 winner told me about how she had dedicated her 10-Week challenge changes — every day — every class, to the Lord.  “I knew it was going to be hard.  I was a sedentary house wife.  I have two small children, age 9 and 7 and a very active husband, and I think I can keep up with them now.  Farrell’s helped me remove a lot of barriers and strongholds from my life.  I’m opening the doors to what’s possible.  I’m 45 and I was always saying ‘someday.’  Well, someday is here!  I’m not waiting any longer to live my life.”
