I was having trouble losing weight and had some general health concerns so I made the choice to join Farrell’s. My wife and I joined as a fun, healthy event to do together. During my initial testing, I was having a lot of trouble running the mile and wondered what I had gotten myself into. A woman ran by me that was also testing in the program and she started to encourage me to continue.

On the flip side, during my 10-week final testing mile run, a fellow 10-week member that had already finished ran back to help me finish the mile strong. Their effort to reach out to a perfect stranger inspired me to give the program all I could.

FXB Stillwater is a fun environment where it’s easy to learn and work out. The staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Their routines are purposeful as they helped me build on muscle memory, adding in new routines to create muscle confusion, as well as proper techniques to isolate the muscles. I liked that people feel safe working out here. The program caters to you – working with you in the condition you are in when you start. They motivate you to give all of your energy to the 45 minute workout, regardless of your shape, size or athletic ability.

I had some amazing results. I ended up losing 35lbs, I lowered my blood pressure resulting in my physician reducing the amount of hypertension medicine I was taking. I no longer need to use a C-PAP machine to sleep. I gained additional strength throughout my body and lost inches off my waist.

The staff is great and supportive. If you truly want to make improvements to your body and overall health, Farrell’s is the place for you. There is opportunity to meet and make friends with others also dedicated to making a difference in their lives.
