About Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping
Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping is a results-based fitness program. No matter your age, lifestyle, gender, or current fitness ability, our program will work for you. In just 45 minutes a day, six days a week, Farrell’s members make real changes in their fitness and overall health. Our 10-Week Challenge offers members the opportunity to compete for a $1,000 grand prize, awarded to the member with the biggest transformation in 10 weeks. Every Farrell’s location awards this $1,000 prize every session!
The Farrell’s program includes three essential elements:
- Kickboxing — a taekwondo-based workout that combines rhythmic martial arts moves, including dynamic kicking and punching, and bag training to push bodies to their cardiovascular limits.
- Strength Training — an intense anaerobic workout with resistance bands that targets “problem areas” through exercises specifically designed to sculpt, tone and shape the entire body. These workouts turn bodies into calorie-burning machines.
- Nutrition — a well-balanced eating plan that converts food into fuel for the body. By eating six times per day, participants stay satisfied and in “burn mode” all day long. We coach you through our easy meal planning strategy that incorporates common sense, sound nutrition and foods you can purchase at any grocery store.
