When it comes to health and wellness, there’s no denying that a good workout will benefit your mind, body and soul. The adrenaline rush you get after you’ve given everything you’ve got and left it on the mats is hard to beat. But at Farrell’s, we pride ourselves on giving our members real results and amazing transformations – not just a great workout. Sure, you can get some results with a workout alone, but not the long-lasting types you see on our website and hear about after every 10-week challenge.
We hear time and time again how many of our members have tried other gyms, but don’t see results. They go to the gym every day, workout hard, but can’t lose weight, or body fat, or build muscle, or get back in shape.
So how is it that Farrell’s can get such amazing transformations? The simple secret is what every other gym forgets to educate about: nutrition.
No amount of cardio or strength training can outrun a bad diet. That’s why nutrition is one of the three main pillars to our successful program. Committing to coming to class six days a week for 45 minutes is much easier compared to committing to fueling your body the right way for the other 23 hours and 15 minutes (ok, more like 10-12 hours). Doing this takes accountability and self-control. That’s why we have coaches, to help keep you on track and hold you accountable to the program and your goals.
